Individual Bookings

Your booking fee secures your place – we cannot reserve places without full payment.

You have 14 days to cancel or change your booking. After this time, no refunds will be offered but bookings can be amended up to 28 days prior to your booking. After this time, no refunds or amendments are permitted.

If we cancel or alter the session, a full refund or the option to rearrange will be offered.
Group Bookings

To secure your booking a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid at least one month before the event takes place.

Group bookings are for a maximum of 8 participants. Due to space, no more than this will be permitted.

Individual places on a group booking will not be refunded. If a member of your party can no longer attend, it will be up to you to fill this space or pay the ticket of the missing party member.

If we cancel or alter the session, a full refund or the option to rearrange will be offered.

If you cancel your booking less than one month before the class, the entire booking cost still applies. No refunds will be given.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
What data do we collect and store?
We only collect and store the data you give us. Name, email address, phone number, delivery address, purchase or booking details. Correspondence details may be stored when necessary.
Payment information – credit cards and PayPal details are never stored.

What do we do with your data?
When you book a workshop or make a purchase we use the data you provide to process and complete your order. We may use your email or phone number to contact you about your order or booking.
Who has access to your data?
Scarlett Wakefield is the data controller of all the personal information you choose to share with Flint and Gaia. The only circumstances in which your data will be shared is to complete your booking or order or in complying with the law. We will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your consent. The circumstances in which we may share your data are:
With colleagues and delivery companies if we ever deliver anything to you.
With workshop venues when booking a workshop place
To comply with legal or tax obligations
Your data rights.
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way we handle your data.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
We do everything we can here at Flint & Gaia to keep everyone safe and healthy in our workshops. Maximum numbers are in place to ensure a proper health and safety procedures are adhered too.

All tools and equipment that you will use during your lessons/workshops will be used after a full induction. Every customer is fully guided and supported in all tool and equipment use. You are not permitted to use any equipment or tools when an induction has not been given.

All equipment is regularly checked to ensure your safety.

All long hair must be tied back during any wheel throwing sessions.

All jewellery on hands, wrists and necks must be removed prior to your session.

Flat, close toed shoes must be worn in the studio - there is a slightly uneven floor so this is for your safety.
